Hey, I just wrote Neighborhood Planning Unit W’s response to Fuqua Development’s “Second Revised” (actually, it’s the third) permit application for a big box-anchored shopping center next to Glenwood Park (one of Atlanta’s most inspired mixed-use communities, which also happens to be situated along the Beltline) for them.
It’s about as creative and nuanced as the garbage Fuqua’s been bringing to the table.
